We are working with property owner SoDo to help reimagine over 20 historic buildings in the South Downtown neighborhood of Atlanta, GA. Our work includes historic tax credit applications, construction consulting, financial consulting, and other work as needed. The project is moving quickly with a range of needs for each building, and we are able to provide recommendations and assistance in order for the projects to move forward while we work on HTC applications simultaneously.
