Loray Mill is located in Gastonia, North Carolina, just outside of Charlotte. The east block of the historic textile mill was constructed between 1900-1901. This portion of the building was redeveloped for multi-family housing using state and historic tax credits between 2013 to 2015. Verity is currently working with Tribridge Residential to secure another round of historic tax credits for similar work at the building’s west block.

The west block of the building was completed as a large addition to the building in 1921. This long ranging project will add new units at every level of the five story west block. Phase II of the Loray Mill project exemplifies Verity’s presence in regional preservation. Although we are headquartered in Georgia, we have ongoing projects in South Carolina and North Carolina.
