We worked with building owner Braden Fellman Group to secure state and federal historic tax credits for the redevelopment of the Abrams Fixtures complex. Our work included listing the complex on the National Register of Historic Places, historic tax credit applications, design review including tenant upfits, and construction site visits. Abrams Fixtures is now a thriving mixed-use complex with apartments, offices, and restaurants.
